What we collect
For listings, we store the object details, location, proof description and owner email. For offers, we store the brand, budget, campaign idea and advertiser email. We also keep a pseudonymous anti-spam identifier derived from the connection address.
Why we use it
Only to review submissions, publish approved listings, prevent abuse and manually introduce compatible owners and advertisers. LogoLot does not currently collect card details and does not sell personal data.
Retention
Pending and rejected submissions are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Qualified matching records may be kept for up to 12 months for follow-up and dispute handling. Published listings remain visible until removed or archived. Anti-spam records are deleted after seven days.
Worldwide marketplace
LogoLot accepts submissions from around the world, while its infrastructure may process information in the European Union and through contracted cloud providers. Listings are reviewed before publication.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information. No contact address is published: use the confidential form below with the same email address as your original submission so the request can be verified.
